Explosions in the Sky's First Video

Instrumental masters, Explosions in the Sky, have released an animated video for "Last Known Surroundings" and it is a beautiful piece of work. I cannot even being to imagine the amount of hours that were put into the video because each frame is that outstanding. Good job guys, and great album! Video after the break.

Boston Bruins Parade

I was fortunate enough to be on the east coast for the Stanley Cup finals victory by the Boston Bruins and the ensuing parade. Driving to Boston with my brother and sister-in-law, a feat in itself, we arrived at our destination, Arlington Street, around 10:30 AM, for the 11 AM to 1 PM parade. The crowd, though probably four beers deep, was extremely docile, just happy to be there.

My beloved Boston Bruins won the Stanley Cup! I am still ecstatic and cannot believe it happened. Now Boston will get even more hate; what with, 7 championships in 10 years in the four major sports, and all.
