Goodbye Vermont, Hello New York!

I have a hard time not doing something once my mind gets hung up on it, and yesterday I decided to rebuild the fire pit at my parents house. It isn't perfect, but it is now in a better location and looks nicer. When I come back I will try to build the ring better and flatter as well as finish filling the bottom with a smooth, flat rocked basin. It was nice to visit and see my friends, but now I am headed back to Montauk for the final phase of my east coast trip before returning to San Clemente, and totally skipping out on June Gloom for a second summer in a row.
